In these terms, the following definitions apply:

These general terms and conditions apply to all use of Okidoky. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing with RULIDO. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Okidoky offers a digital ledger platform with the following functionalities:

To use Okidoky, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

Requirements for creating an account:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You have a valid and working email address
• You choose a unique username
• You provide truthful information
• You create a maximum of one account per person

RULIDO is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to negligence on your part.

Okidoky offers the following subscription types:

Payments

All payments are securely processed via <strong>Mollie</strong>. RULIDO does not store any credit card or bank details.

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for digital services, provided you have not yet used the paid service. Please contact us at info@okidoky.nl.

You may only use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Abuse, overload or deliberately disrupt the Service
• Gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Upload harmful software, viruses or malware
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or reconstruct the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission from RULIDO

In the event of a violation of these terms, RULIDO reserves the right to terminate your account immediately, without right to a refund.

All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to RULIDO.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any part of the Service without the express written permission of RULIDO.

You retain full ownership of your financial data at all times. RULIDO uses your data exclusively for providing and improving the Service.

Your rights regarding your data:

• You can export your data at any time (CSV/PDF)
• You can delete your account and all associated data via your profile
• After deletion, your data is permanently erased within 30 days

Depending on your subscription type, you can share your ledger with other users:

• Free: no sharing capability
• Premium: share with 1 person
• Lifetime / Duo / Family Lifetime: share with up to 2 people

As the owner of the ledger, you are responsible for the actions of invited users.

You can delete your account at any time via your profile page.

By RULIDO

RULIDO reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is". RULIDO does not guarantee that the Service will be available error-free at all times.

The total liability of RULIDO is limited to the amount you have paid to RULIDO in the past 12 months.

RULIDO reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time.

By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you agree to the amended terms.

These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the court in North Holland.

Okidoky offers businesses the opportunity to place advertisements on the platform.

15.1 Registration and approval

To place advertisements, you must create an advertiser account.

15.2 Advertisement content

As an advertiser, you are fully responsible for the content of your advertisements.

15.3 Intellectual property

You guarantee that you have all necessary rights to use the images and content you upload.

15.4 Payment and invoicing

Advertisement placements are prepaid via the Mollie payment platform.

15.5 Right to removal

RULIDO reserves the right to remove or pause advertisements at any time.

15.6 Statistics and reporting

Advertisers gain access to statistics about their campaigns (impressions, clicks, CTR).
