Scan receipts in seconds

You always see the result before saving. Not correct? Correct directly in the form (date, amount, store, category). The original photo stays linked, so you always have the raw data for an audit.

On anything with a modern browser and camera: iPhone, Android, iPad, laptop with webcam. Minimum requirements are low — if you can take a photo, you can scan. The desktop app can also pick a photo from your files.

Currently one receipt at a time, but you can scan rapidly (recognition starts right after the previous one). Processing a PDF with several receipts in one go is not possible yet.

In a shared ledger both users see each other's receipts. Every transaction shows who added it, who last edited it, and who uploaded the receipt — so you can always trace who did what.

No scan is perfect — sometimes something goes wrong. Quickly checking and correcting is always smart. How correction works: • After scan you see a 'confirm' screen with date, amount, store, VAT • Every field is directly editable (tap, type, done) • You optionally add category, note or tag • Only then the transaction saves What goes wrong more often: • Dark/shadowed receipts: amount may miss a digit • Crumpled receipts: date sometimes unreadable • German style with dots and commas (€1.234,56): sometimes read the wrong way around Tip: when in doubt, keep the paper receipt next to your screen during confirmation — 30 extra seconds pays back at VAT filing time.
