In development
Work in progress. These additions are not yet available as completed features.
Every screen fully translated
Okidoky already works in Dutch, English, German, French and Chinese. Some of the newer screens are not yet translated into every language; there you will see Dutch text for now.
Android app on Google Play
The Android app is available as a beta from the download page; you install it yourself with the APK file. Work is under way on the same features as the iPhone app and on a Google Play version. There is no date yet.
On the list
The next wishes on the list. Priorities may change; there are no fixed delivery dates.
Category suggestions while you enter
After a CSV import from your bank (Premium), new transactions already get a category automatically. On the list: suggesting a category when you enter a transaction by hand too, based on your earlier choices.
Automatic updates for the Windows app
For now you download a new version of the Windows app yourself from the download page. On the list: letting the app update itself.
Calendar feed (iCal) for fixed costs
Okidoky already shows your fixed costs in the monthly calendar. A calendar feed that puts payment dates in Google Calendar or Apple Calendar does not exist yet.
Ideas for later
Possible directions to explore. Whether or when they will arrive is not yet decided.
A dedicated Mac app
On a Mac you use the web app for now, optionally as an app in your Dock. A separate Mac app is an idea for later.
Mixing multiple currencies
In the web app you choose one currency for displaying amounts: euro, dollar, pound or yuan. Transactions in different currencies side by side, converted into one total, are not possible yet.
Splitting costs like Splitwise
In a shared ledger you can see who entered each transaction, but Okidoky does not split costs automatically. Splitting with a settlement overview, for a holiday or housemates for example, is an idea for later. Until then, work out the split yourself or use an app such as Splitwise or Tricount.
Saving for your goals automatically
For now you divide your savings over your savings goals yourself. Automatically setting money aside when you stay under budget is an idea for later.
You can get started today.
What used to be on this route is available now: the iPhone app with Face ID, widgets and an Apple Watch app, Okidoky in five languages and your monthly overview as a PDF. With Premium you also get forecasts in Insights, a CSV bank import that gives new transactions a category automatically, notifications when your budget is running out or a payment is due and, if you turn it on, a monthly report with charts by email. Do you support others with their finances? Okidoky Coach is available for professionals.
