• Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

  Yes, you can change your subscription at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to all premium features. When downgrading, you keep premium access until the end of the current period.
• What's the difference between Lifetime and Family Lifetime?

  Lifetime (€25) is for personal use. Family Lifetime (€49.95) offers the same benefits but lets you invite 2 people to manage the ledger together. Both are one-time payments with no recurring costs.
• What's the difference between Duo and Family Lifetime?

  Duo costs €3.99 per month and can be cancelled monthly. Family Lifetime costs €49.95 one-time and is forever. Both let you share the ledger with 2 people. Family Lifetime saves you money after 13 months.
• Is there a free trial?

  The free plan is free forever and already includes lots of functionality. You can try premium features free for 14 days. No credit card required.
• How secure is my data?

  Your data is stored encrypted and never shared with third parties. We take privacy very seriously and comply with GDPR. Your data always belongs to you.
• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Yes, you can cancel Premium and Duo at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime and Family Lifetime are one-time purchases and last forever.
• Does Okidoky work on my phone?

  Yes! Okidoky is a PWA (Progressive Web App) and works on all modern browsers, both desktop and mobile. You can even install it as an app on your phone.
• Which payment methods can I use?

  All payments are processed via Mollie (a PSD2-licensed Dutch payment processor). You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and PayPal. You receive an invoice (with VAT) by email.
• Is there a refund guarantee on Lifetime?

  Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period on Lifetime — full refund, no reason needed. Email info@okidoky.nl within 14 days of purchase and we refund via the same payment method. See our Guarantee page for exact terms and worked examples.
• Can I transfer my Lifetime to another account?

  Not directly, but usually solvable in practice. If you change your email address or create a new account, we can manually move your Lifetime status (just email us). Reselling to an unknown third party is not possible — Lifetime is personal.
• What happens to my data if I cancel Premium or don't renew?

  Your data stays yours. When you cancel Premium your account reverts to the free plan — your transactions, categories, receipts and ledger history all remain fully accessible. Only Premium features (extended categories, bank import, custom periods, OCR history) get disabled; you can re-enable them by taking Premium again. The free plan's limits (50 transactions/month) apply only to NEW transactions, not existing ones. And: your CSV export keeps working, even on the free plan — GDPR Article 20 applies to everyone. We don't let your data disappear behind a paywall.
