Works with the tools you already use
Okidoky works with your bank (via CSV), your accounting software and all your devices. Below you'll see what connects and what doesn't.
Automatically tested with 2 Dutch banks
For ING and KNAB we have a ready-made CSV parser — download the CSV from your online banking and import it directly, including duplicate detection. Other NL banks (ABN, Rabo, bunq, SNS, ASN, Triodos and similar) work via our generic CSV import with manual column mapping.

No live bank integration (deliberate)
Okidoky uses no PSD2 bank API. Why: privacy, no aggregator dependency, you decide when to import. Read on the bank-import page why we chose this path — and what it means for your data.

Your data, yours
No vendor lock-in. Every user can export all data anytime in 3 formats.
CSV
Universal CSV format (UTF-8), comma-separated. Importable in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets, accounting packages.
PDF
Clean PDF reports per year or period, with charts. Ideal for the archive, a family member, or just for the kitchen table.
JSON
JSON format for developers — available on request via API access (Premium+).
What Okidoky deliberately doesn't support
So you're not disappointed later: these are integrations we don't have now, often for good reasons.
No Zapier / Make / IFTTT
We have no public API for these automation platforms. For developers there's an experimental JSON endpoint on request.
For basic export: CSV does work — import manually into your automation flow.
No live Google Sheets sync
There is no real-time two-way link with Google Sheets. There is: CSV export you can paste in.
If you really want Sheets: make a weekly CSV export and import manually.
No crypto tracking
We don't integrate with CoinTracking, Koinly, Binance or other crypto tools. Our product is a household budget, not an investment tracker.
For crypto portfolio tracking there are dedicated apps. Okidoky stays out of the speculation category.
No payroll / HR integrations
We don't integrate with Loket, Nmbrs or other payroll systems. That's explicitly territory for business accounting software.
For payroll you use a payroll package. For a household ledger that's not relevant — Okidoky's CSV export gives you all the data if you want to use it elsewhere.
No PSD2 / Yodlee / Plaid
Explicitly no live bank aggregators. We explain why (privacy, dependencies) on the bank-import page.
Not every app chooses this way. If PSD2 is essential for you, YNAB is a better match.
Missing an integration?
We listen to what users ask for. If one integration is mentioned often, it goes on the roadmap. Small CSV format adjustments are often done within 1-2 weeks.
