The name of the person who created the transaction. Preserved, also after edits.
Share your ledger with your partner, family members or housemates — with control over who can view, who can edit, and always see exactly who made which change. Invitation to revocation takes 30 seconds.
Go to Profile → Sharing, enter the email of the person to invite. Choose what they can do (view or edit). Done.
The name of the person who created the transaction. Preserved, also after edits.
If someone else changes the amount or category, an "edited by" label appears. So you always see who adjusted something.
For transactions with a receipt you also see who added the photo. Handy for audits later.
Exact date and time per action. Handy as evidence at tax time or when you settle up together.
Only what's in the shared ledger. Okidoky is not a bank app and doesn't link to your account — we don't see bank statements. Your partner sees exactly those transactions and receipts that someone (you or your partner) entered manually or via CSV import.
Yes, any time. Go to Profile → Sharing, click the person and choose "Revoke access". Immediate effect. The other person gets a notification that their access has ended and can no longer reach the ledger — but keeps their own Okidoky account.
No problem. Invitations only become active after acceptance via the unique link in the email. If the wrong person doesn't open the link, nothing happens. You can always revoke the invitation via Profile → Sharing before it's accepted.
Everyone in a shared ledger sees the same transactions and receipts — that's the point. Not shared: email addresses of other users (only the owner sees those), personal 2FA settings, and accounts of other ledgers the same people may have.
Yes. You can access the same shared ledger through the web app and the available mobile and Windows apps. Use your own account with access to the shared ledger.
