Okidoky is an online application for tracking personal finances, developed by RULIDO. The information on this website and in the application is intended solely for general information purposes and personal use.

By using Okidoky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer.

You should always conduct your own research and seek professional advice before making financial decisions. The information in Okidoky may not be used as a basis for tax filings or financial decisions.

Although we do our utmost to keep Okidoky reliable and error-free, we cannot guarantee that:

• The application is always available, uninterrupted or functions without errors
• All results, statistics, calculations or forecasts are 100% accurate
• All bugs, errors or security vulnerabilities are immediately resolved
• Your data is preserved under all circumstances
• The application is free of viruses or other harmful components

The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function for scanning receipts and invoices uses automated text recognition. This process is inherently not 100% accurate.

Okidoky may contain links to external websites or services that are not managed by RULIDO. We have no control over the content, privacy policy or practices of these external sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Visiting external links is entirely at your own risk. We recommend reading the privacy policy and terms of external websites before using them.

Payments for Premium, Lifetime, Duo and Family Lifetime subscriptions are processed via Mollie B.V., an external payment service provider. RULIDO does not store credit card or bank details.

For payment issues, we refer you to Mollie.com. Payment disputes should be handled directly with Mollie.

When you share your ledger with other users (partner, housemates), you as the owner are responsible for:

• Managing access rights and revoking them when necessary
• The security of shared financial data
• Only inviting trusted individuals

RULIDO is not liable for conflicts, incorrect data or improper use of shared ledgers by invited users.

RULIDO reserves the right to at any time:

• Add, modify or remove features
• Temporarily or permanently interrupt the application for maintenance
• Adjust prices (existing subscriptions will not be increased without prior notice)
• Modify this disclaimer

All intellectual property rights to the Okidoky software, logos, design, source code and content belong exclusively to RULIDO. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile or resell parts of the application without the express written permission of RULIDO.

RULIDO is not liable for:

• Financial losses or damages resulting from the use of Okidoky
• Decisions made based on data, statistics or forecasts in Okidoky
• Downtime, bugs, errors, data loss or security incidents
• Incorrect OCR results when scanning receipts
• Indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit

The total liability of RULIDO is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid to RULIDO in the past 12 months for the use of the Service.

Okidoky displays advertisements from external companies on the platform. Please note the following:

• No endorsement: Displaying an advertisement on Okidoky does not mean that RULIDO endorses or recommends the products, services or content of the advertiser.
• Responsibility: The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the content of their advertisements. RULIDO accepts no liability for damages arising from clicking on advertisements or using products/services of advertisers.
• Labeling: Paid advertisements are clearly labeled with the "Advertisement" tag in the bottom right corner, in accordance with the Dutch Advertising Code.
• Review: All advertisements are reviewed in advance by Okidoky, but this does not guarantee the quality or reliability of the advertised products or services.
